I view the act of writing as a tool for uncovering truth and presenting it as a means of cultivating a common humanity. My goal as a poet is to contribute to the collective consciousness with as much honesty and empathy as possible. In my work, I abide by the philosophy that the more specific the details, the more universally accessible. By exploring memories, interactions, and relationships on the page, a higher level of understanding happens for me, an understanding I hope to translate to my readers.

Examples of my work have appeared on Sad Girls Club and Please See Me.

My hobbies include baking pies, playing the ukulele, and wondering why men like to use me for their own character development.
